Frequently Asked Questions

What is your late arrival policy?

Please arrive on time for your class. As a courtesy to our community, clients will not be permitted to join 5 minutes after the start of class.

A reservation cancelled less than 3 hours prior to the class start time is considered a late cancel. A late cancel/no show will result in forfeiting a class pass, or a $15 fee will be applied for unlimited pass holders. We hold this policy in high regard as another person could’ve had the chance to step onto the mat and build her community. Refunds are not provided.

Yoga mats are provided if you do not have one. Clients are to clean mats after use with the provided cleaning materials. Thank you for understanding.

We have dedicated parking for your strollers outside our front entrance as strollers are not permitted inside the clinic. You can bring a stroller cover for inclement weather and a lock if you need it (not provided).

This is the number one question we get about our postnatal classes. We appreciate the nerves you might have bringing their baby in for the first time for a class. We invite you to keep parenting on the mat – do what you or your baby needs in that moment. All babies cry at some point, they will need a change or need to be fed – take your time and know that our classes are relaxed, inclusive, and judgement free. We invite you to go with the ebb and flow of the class, and your sweet babe.
