Wellness cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time and will otherwise be charged in full. Our appointments are limited and highly sought after and we respect our practitioners time and energy. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Drop In Classes
You can register for drop in classes up to 14 days of the class time.
A reservation cancelled less than 3 hours prior to the class start time is considered a late cancel. A late cancel/no show will result in forfeiting a class pass, or a $15 fee will be applied for unlimited pass holders. We hold this policy in high regard as a courtesy to other clients hoping to join the class.
Class Packages
Expires 12 months from purchase. 9 Month passes expire 9 Months from the date of activation. Refunds are not provided.
Pre-registered series
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Cancellations made within 1 week of the event date will be credited to the account. Cancellations made less than a week from the event will not be credited or refunded. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. An administrative fee of $75 will be charged for changes to registrations within one week of start date and the remaining account credit never expires.
To defer your training there is a $75 administration fee and your doula training must be completed within 1 year of the original purchase date.
