During your initial session, we will discuss what Emotional Freedom Technique tapping is – the many benefits, and education around how to use this tool. We will focus on creating trust, ease, and relaxation as we embark on this work together to support you in feeling good in your body and learning to navigate your emotional health. We will check in with what brought you here today, the mental and emotional issues you would like to address. If you are unsure of where to begin, know that you are so welcome in this space and held with love. Any amount of tapping is beneficial for your health and wellbeing. You will leave your session feeling emotionally supported, and having learned a practical self-care tool for regulating your nervous system.
