Paula graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. She has developed a broad range of clinical experience, with a strong focus on pelvic health concerns, chronic pain management, and musculoskeletal conditions. Her pelvic health practice includes supporting individuals navigating prenatal and postpartum recovery, as well as those seeking to improve pelvic floor function and overall well-being at all stages of life, including urinary or fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, or menopause-related changes.
As a lifelong learner, Paula has also received additional training in Pilates and enjoys integrating these concepts into practice, particularly to support core control, breath mechanics, and functional movement - foundational elements of pelvic health.
