Step onto your mat in our bright, spacious studio and take comfort knowing this class has been thoughtfully created for your unique journey. Move through gentle stretches to create space and release tension, then unwind with calming breath work and meditation. All stages of pregnancy are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed.

 

Our prenatal yoga classes offer a calm, supportive space to slow your mind, connect with your breath, and embrace your pregnancy journey alongside others.

Prenatal yoga deepens awareness of your body, mind, and the spirit of your baby—helping you prepare for birth. Many participants use the movement, breathing, and meditation techniques learned in class during labour and delivery.

 

Practicing yoga during pregnancy provides numerous benefits, including strengthening pelvic muscles, improving circulation and digestion, easing fatigue and tension, and boosting energy. It can also help relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as nausea, swelling, back pain, and sciatica.

Attend any mat class on our schedule. Pre-registration for classes is recommended as spots fill up quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I begin prenatal yoga?

You can begin at any point during your pregnancy. If you have concerns please consult with your physician.

Anything that you feel comfortable in. Yoga pants or shorts, a tank top or a t-shirt. Something that is breathable and that will allow you to move.

Yoga mats are provided if you do not have one. Clients are to clean mats after use with the provided cleaning materials. Thank you for understanding.

Please arrive on time for your class. As a courtesy to our community, clients will not be permitted to join 5 minutes after the start of class.

A reservation cancelled less than 3 hours prior to the class start time is considered a late cancel. A late cancel/no show will result in forfeiting a class pass, or a $15 fee will be applied for unlimited pass holders. We hold this policy in high regard as another person could’ve had the chance to step onto the mat and build her community. Refunds are not provided.
