Jamie Kalynuik, Founder
Jamie Kalynuik is the Founder and CEO of kāer, and the quiet force behind its evolution.
More than a decade ago, she created Yoga Mamas as a place for women to feel supported in pregnancy and early motherhood. In doing so, Jamie opened Toronto’s first maternal wellness clinic, helping set a new standard for integrated care in the city. As the community grew, she listened closely to what women were asking for next — fertility, postpartum recovery, pediatrics, perimenopause, and long-term wellbeing. The care expanded because the women did. kāer is the name that now reflects what this space has become: a home for exceptional care across every life phase.
Jamie has spent 13 years building a multidisciplinary clinic known for thoughtful, evidence-informed, whole-woman care. She leads with an uplifting kind of support — for her team, and for the clients they serve — believing that the strongest clinics are shaped in relationship, through deep listening and steady refinement.
As a mother, she understands the tenderness and intensity of life’s seasons firsthand. Her philosophy is rooted in balance and daily wellbeing. Self-care is not something we reach for only when we are depleted, but something we weave into ordinary life. Small, steady rituals. Consistent care. Wellbeing that is lived, not postponed.
Through kāer’s pathways, culture, and community-first approach, Jamie continues to shape a thriving space where women feel oriented in their season, supported in their decisions, and held for the long arc of their lives.
