kāer 6 Month Pass Pass — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the 6 Month Pass.

 

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of services offered by kāer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a pass, membership, or service through our website or any of our booking or payment platforms, you agree to these Terms.

 

Services
kāer offers wellness services including yoga classes, pilates reformer access, and related wellness experiences. Service details, durations, and access are described at the time of purchase or booking.

 

Passes, Memberships & Activation
Multi-session passes and multi-month offerings are valid for the duration specified at purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, passes may be purchased in advance and activated at a later date. Activation details will be confirmed by kāer.

One pause during the six month period is permitted. An email must be sent to [email protected] to enact the pause.

 

Payments
Payments may be processed through Stripe, Mindbody Online (MBO), or Jane, depending on the service and booking method used. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. All sales are final.

 

Refunds & Transfers
Passes, memberships, and services are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing by kāer.

 

Scheduling & Attendance
Class schedules, instructors, and availability are subject to change. Missed sessions due to late arrival, no-shows, or personal scheduling conflicts are not eligible for refund or credit.

 

Health & Safety
Participation in services is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically able to participate. Please inform instructors or staff of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations prior to participation.

 

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, kāer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in services, use of our facilities, or use of our booking and payment platforms.

 

Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

kāer Founders Pass — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Founders Pass.

 

This membership was created to support your wellbeing with clarity, flexibility, and the elevated experience you expect from kāer. By activating your pass, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Membership Duration & Activation

  • Your Founders Pass is valid for 12 months. Choose your activation date.
  • The pass may be paused up to two times during the 12-month period.
  • To request a pause, please email [email protected]. We require a minimum of 5 business days to process all account changes.

 

2. Booking Privileges

  • Members may book sessions up to 21 days in advance.
  • Your pass includes one Reformer class and one Light session per day, subject to availability.

 

3. Cancellations, Late Cancels & No-Shows

 

4. Wellness Services & Insurance Receipts

  • An insurance receipt for eligible wellness services is provided on the day of your appointment for the value of that appointment.
  • Wellness services cannot be upgraded or substituted, and the pass cannot be used for home visits — no exceptions.

 

5. Payment, Refunds & Transferability

  • The Founders Pass is non-transferable, non-shareable, and non-refundable.
  • Account credits and gift cards cannot be used as a form of payment for the pass.
  • Klarna is available as an added option for clients who prefer flexible pay-over-time arrangements.

 

6. Additional Notes

  • The Founders Pass is intended for individual use only.
  • kāer reserves the right to update terms where needed to ensure quality of care and operational integrity.
