Your membership includes one 45-minute Reformer Foundations Session. This pilates instructor guided onboarding session is designed to help you feel confident from the start.

During Foundations, you will:

  • Learn reformer setup and safe use
  • Navigate the video system and pair headphones
  • Complete an on-demand workout with support available

It is confidence-building support so you can use the studio independently.

Yes there are prenatal classes to choose from that you can enjoy at any stage during pregnancy.

A gated space is available in the reformer room so your little one can stay close while you train.

 

You may change your baby in the studio or use our baby care room on the first level.
