During her undergraduate studies, Sadie became acutely aware of how women’s bodies respond uniquely to training, stress, and recovery—particularly across menstrual cycles, aging, pregnancy, and postpartum phases. This focus continues to shape her graduate research and clinical practice as she supports the evolving physical and mental demands of women through movement-based and manual therapies.
PHILOSOPHY:

Our kinesio tape is a breathable and stretchable 95% cotton/5% Spandex material. It is latex-free, gluten-free, and hypoallergenic. It comes in a variety of widths and colours and is water-resistant. The tape adheres to the skin with a medically approved, water- and sweat-proof 100% poly acrylic adhesive.
Kinesio tape is applied to an area of musculoskeletal dysfunction – for example swollen joints, strains, aches and pains. The tape stabilizes the area by lightly adhering to the skin and applying pressure to the tissues the tape is wrapped around. This tape allows the connective tissue surrounding the affected muscle or tendon to move along with the body. It improves the circulation of blood and allows the flow of lymphatic fluid to cleanse and heal the inflammation.
You can wear it in the shower and while sleeping, so it’s providing therapeutic treatment 24/7.
